Cancellation and Refund

We love our customers at Nettare, and have tried to frame a customer friendly cancellation & refund policy.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order. However, cancellations will not be entertained if the products have been shipped.
There is no cancellation on orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
No cancellations are entertained for products that Nettare sells as a part of a limited period or combo offer.
No cancellations will be entertained for food products like capsules.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will however be entertained once we have checked and determined the same at our end. This should be reported within 3 days of receipt of the products.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will investigate the same and get back to you.

Refund Policy:

Nettare takes great pride in sourcing products of the highest quality. All our machines, accessories and capsules have gone through rigorous quality checks to meet our stringent quality standards.

We currently do not offer any refunds on products purchased at Nettare.com. In case you receive a damaged or defective machine or frother, we will replace the same free of cost, at our discretion, within one month of date of purchase, once we have investigated the same. No replacements will be available under any circumstances if the damage is due to negligence or poor handling on part of the buyer. After one month, and till a period of six months from date of purchase, we will repair the machine or frother free of cost and deliver the same to you. This again is on the condition that the damage is not due to negligence or poor handling on part of the buyer. We do not offer any replacements on capsules.
